HOLLYMATIC LIMITED WARRANTY
Hollymatic Corporation makes the following LIMITED WARRANTIES. These LIMITED WARRANTIES extend to the original purchaser of this Hollymatic Product and to no other purchaser or transferee.
Hollymatic Corporation warrants your Hollymatic Product against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of SIX (6) months from the date of original purchase. During this period, Hollymatic Corporation will repair or replace a defective product or part without charge to you.
If you discover a defect within this period, you must promptly notify your Hollymatic Dealer for verification of the defect and repair. If the defect requires that the product be returned to Hollymatic Corporation for repair, you must pay all transportation and insurance for the product to and from Hollymatic Corporation.
OWNER’S MANUAL AND WARRANTY REGISTRATION
You should read the Owner’s Manual thoroughly before operating your Hollymatic Product. You should assure that each other person who will operate this machine has also read the Manual. WARNING! NO PERSON SHOULD BE PERMITTED TO OPERATE THIS PRODUCT UNTIL HE/SHE HAS READ THE MANUAL!
You should assure that your name and address are on file with Hollymatic Corporation by completing the Registration Information below – Mail the Warranty Card to Hollymatic Corporation within 30 days of purchase. Mail to Hollymatic Corporation, 600 East Plainfield Road, Countryside, Illinois 60525.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE. HOLLYMATIC CORPORATION MAKES NO OTHER WRITTEN OR VERBAL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS AGREEMENT BY HOLLYMATIC CORPORATION.
Exclusive Remedy. Upon verification of any defect in materials or workmanship, Hollymatic or your Hollymatic Dealer will repair your Hollymatic Product and replace and nonconforming or defective parts and materials without charge. In the event that your Hollymatic Product cannot be repaired, Hollymatic or your Hollymatic Dealer will refund an equitable portion of your purchase price upon return of your Hollymatic Product. THESE REMEDIES SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AGAINST HOLLYMATIC AND YOUR HOLLYMATIC DEALER. YOUR REMEDIES SHALL NOT INCLUDE, AND HOLLYMATIC AND YOUR HOLLYMATIC DEALER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY SPECIAL INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, LOSS OR EXPENSE.
NOTICE: THIS WARRANTY IS CONDITIONED UPON YOUR HOLLYMATIC EQUIPMENT BEING PROPERLY MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED WITH YOUR HOLLYMATIC PRODUCT. ANY MODIFICATION OR ALTERATION OF YOUR HOLLYMATIC PRODUCT OR THE USE OF NON-HOLLYMATIC REPLACEMENT PARTS SHALL RENDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY VOID AND SUCH PRODUCT SHALL BE WITHOUT WARRANTY, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR LIMITED.
